* Eth1 detected, correct MAC, connectivity not checked yet
* Eth0: online, correct MAC, no connectivity
* Wlan0: online, correct MAC, works


Changes

* &eth1 changes in DTS based on ath79.dtsi and PR 3062
* mdio1 enabled and related phy1 entry in &eth1
* reset 13 / mtd-mac-address = <&art 0x1006> in &eth1
* phy4 / reg = <4> settings for mdio1 and eth1
* mtd-mac-address disabled for wmac (mtd-cal-data is probably sufficient)
